1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of https://oyecrunch.com/, operated by Oye Crunch under the Oye Crunch brand.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Prelaunch status
Oye Crunch is currently preparing for launch.
Joining a launch list does not place an order, reserve stock, guarantee availability or create an obligation to purchase.
Orders can be placed only when purchasing is expressly enabled. Any pre-order arrangement will have separate, clearly displayed terms.
3. Using the website
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, contacting us or placing an order.
Purchases must be made by a person legally capable of entering into a contract, or through an appropriately authorised adult.
Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorised access or interference with its operation.
If you create an account, keep your login details secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Product information
Product descriptions, pack sizes, ingredients, allergen information and other material details will be provided for the products offered for sale.
Read the relevant product information before purchasing and follow the instructions on the actual pack.
If a listing appears incomplete or inconsistent, contact us before ordering. We remain responsible for providing information required by applicable law.
5. Prices and payments
Prices, applicable taxes and delivery charges will be displayed before you complete a purchase.
Available payment methods will be shown at checkout.
If we identify a material pricing or listing error affecting an order, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options. We will not charge an increased amount without your agreement.
6. Order acceptance and availability
If we cannot fulfil an order because of unavailability or another valid reason, we will inform you and refund any amount collected for the unfulfilled purchase.
7. Changes and cancellations
To request a change or cancellation, email suno@oyecrunch.com promptly with your order number.
No cancellation fee applies unless it is lawfully permitted and clearly disclosed before purchase. These terms do not restrict cancellation or refund rights provided by law
8. Delivery
Our estimated delivery timeframe is 6–7 working days from order confirmation.

9. Returns and refunds
We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
Products that arrive damaged are eligible for a refund following review. Please follow the process in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Rights relating to defective, incorrect, misdescribed, missing or otherwise non-compliant orders remain subject to applicable consumer law.
10. Offers
Promotional offers apply only according to their displayed terms, including validity periods, eligibility, minimum purchase amounts and exclusions.
Joining a mailing list does not entitle you to a discount unless an offer expressly states this.
11. Website content and customer submissions
Oye Crunch branding and website materials belong to us or their respective rights holders. Do not reproduce or commercially use them without appropriate permission.
Feedback you submit should be accurate and must not unlawfully disclose another person’s information or infringe their rights.
Submitting private feedback does not automatically authorise us to publish your name, image or message in advertising. Any such use will follow the relevant permission process.
12. Third party services
The website may use or link to payment, delivery and other third-party services. Their applicable terms and privacy notices may also apply.
This does not remove Oye Crunch’s responsibilities for the services and purchases we provide.
13. Service issues and liability
We may need to maintain or update the website, and uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
Any responsibility for loss, defective goods, delivery issues or service failures will be determined under applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with an updated date.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights arising from an existing purchase.
15 Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
You retain the right to approach the competent consumer commission, court or other authority available under applicable law.
